Email team@hivemind.inc from the address associated with your account. Including a short description of what happened (and a screenshot, if relevant) helps us resolve things faster.

Subscriptions & billing

iOS app purchases are billed through your Apple Account. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or via Apple's subscription management page. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Web purchases are billed through Stripe and can be managed from your account's billing settings. If anything about your plan or entitlement looks wrong, email us and we'll sort it out.

Brokerage connections

Hivemind connects to brokerages read-only through Plaid. If a connection shows as needing attention, use Reconnect from the Connections screen. Hivemind can never place trades or move money — if you want to remove a connection entirely, disconnect it from the same screen and we delete the associated access credentials.

Account & sign-in

You can sign in with Apple, Google, or email and password. If you're locked out or seeing a sign-in error, email us — include the sign-in method you used.

Deleting your account: open the app → Account → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, disconnects any linked institutions, and erases your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on retention.

Privacy requests

To request a copy of your data or exercise other privacy rights, email team@hivemind.inc with the subject "Privacy request". Full details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
