Our mission

For decades, the most valuable analytical tools in finance — terminal software, supply-chain databases, institutional ownership feeds — have lived behind five-figure subscriptions and locked terminals. Retail investors have been handed a thin slice of that intelligence: price charts, headlines, and the occasional analyst rating.

Hivemind exists to close that gap. We map the hidden relationships between the companies you own and the events that move them — suppliers, customers, competitors, regulators, capital allocators — and translate that graph into a daily, plain-English brief tailored to your portfolio. The goal is simple: when something happens in the world, you should understand what it means for your holdings without needing to be a Wall Street analyst.

What we built

At the core of Hivemind is a curated knowledge graph of public companies and their real-world relationships — supply chains, customer concentration, competitive overlaps, joint ventures, regulatory dependencies. Around it we run a news pipeline that classifies thousands of articles daily and propagates each event through the graph to find the holdings it actually touches.

The result is the Daily Brief: a wire-service-style narrative that answers the only question that matters for your portfolio — "what changed today that I should care about?" — and shows the chain of reasoning so you can verify or override.

Layered on top: institutional ownership intelligence from quarterly 13F filings (what the smart-money funds are buying and selling in the names you hold), ETF lookthrough (your true exposure when you own a fund of funds), and a forensic terminal for deeper entity research.

Who it's for

Hivemind is built for the individual investor who manages their own money seriously — whether that's a $10K Roth IRA or a seven-figure self-directed account. If you've ever felt that the news you read about markets is downstream of decisions other people already made, this is the tool that surfaces the upstream.

We are not a registered investment adviser. Hivemind does not recommend trades, manage assets, or take custody of your funds. We give you context; you make the calls.
